Our well-trusted partner, a global leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a new colleague to join their international People Support team and contribute to the successful implementation of new HR tools and processes across several expanding markets. Main responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for a large-scale regional HR system rollout, with a primary focus on Ukraine and later additional countries in the region
  • Act as the key coordination point for local HR representatives, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of people-related processes
  • Handle core Payroll, Time Management and Benefits tasks such as data validation, reconciliation, accuracy checks, and compliance follow-up
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including enrolment activities and clarification of plan details
  • Work closely with the project team to translate new processes into day-to-day operations across supported markets
  • Serve as the main Ukrainian-speaking contact for employees and external partners
  • Contribute to documenting HR procedures

Required skills:

  • Ukrainian: native or advanced proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Strong English skills to collaborate effectively with international colleagues
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in a multinational environment
  • Experience in the areas of HR or Finance 
  • Experience in Payroll, Time, or Benefits processes is a strong advantage
  • Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently within a remote, globally distributed team
