Main responsibilities:
- Country Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned countries or regional clusters, ensuring smooth daily operations and communication.
- Order & Inventory Coordination: Manage end-to-end ordering processes, maintain accurate forecasts, and secure stock availability for equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Logistics & Supplier Management: Coordinate with 3PL/LSP partners, oversee deliveries, returns, and installations, and handle vendor-related issues or escalations.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct monthly operational reviews, and implement corrective actions together with vendors and country teams.
- Cost Management: Track transport and warehousing expenses, validate vendor invoices, and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Escalation Management: Address supply chain–related escalations, collaborate with central teams, and support country service managers with issue resolution.
- Process Implementation: Assist in the rollout of new tools, process updates, and product introductions across the supported markets.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive opportunities for process simplification, automation, and lean initiatives.
- Language & Cultural Support: Provide local language expertise to facilitate smooth communication with customers, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
Required skills:
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, vendor management, logistics, or a related operational function
- Fluent English skills, plus Spanish or Portuguese proficiency
- Strong project management capabilities paired with excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding analytical mindset and organizational abilities, with a proactive, independent working style and sound professional judgment
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and thrive in an international, multicultural environment
