Main responsibilities:
- Manage the full Order to Delivery process, including monitoring and validating customer orders in SAP.
- Handle daily communication with customers, logistics, sales, and supply chain teams.
- Manage product availability issues, order blocks, shipments, export documents, and backorder situations.
- Support customer master data creation and change requests.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, provide timely solutions, and follow up on open issues.
- Create reports as needed using SAP, Power BI, or Business Objects.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and support internal/external audits.
Required skills:
- University/college degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong MS Office skills; SAP/Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and able to work both independently and in a team.
