Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing Level 1 IT support and resolving their light technical issues
- Handle client requests through email, ticketing system and via phone
- Accurately document and log all calls and interactions in the ticketing system
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at Level 1 to the Level 2 team
- Keep users informed, take ownership of ongoing cases, and follow up until resolution
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
Required skills:
- Fluent in written and verbal communication in German and intermediate English knowledge
- Previous work experience in a customer-focused role
- Willingness to learn into the role, full training will be provided from day 1 (no prior IT background is needed)
- Open to working in different shifts from the office (each 8 hours)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
Advantages:
