Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing Level 1 IT support and resolving their light technical issues
  • Handle client requests through email, ticketing system and via phone 
  • Accurately document and log all calls and interactions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at Level 1 to the Level 2 team
  • Keep users informed, take ownership of ongoing cases, and follow up until resolution
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction

Required skills:

  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in German and intermediate English knowledge
  • Previous work experience in a customer-focused role
  • Willingness to learn into the role, full training will be provided from day 1 (no prior IT background is needed)
  • Open to working in different shifts from the office (each 8 hours)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude

Advantages:

  • Experience in customer service; IT Service Desk experience is a plus, but not a requirement
