Main responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles by thoughtfully reviewing resumes, having meaningful conversations with candidates, and navigating them smoothly through each step of the hiring process
- Build trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring teams
- Support managers by sharing guidance on giving feedback, shaping job offers, and identifying the skills that truly make someone successful in the role
- Keep the applicant tracking system organised and up to date so everyone can enjoy a seamless hiring experience
- Contribute ideas and help shape improvements to our recruitment process, creating an experience that feels thoughtful, personal, and efficient
Required skills:
- High level of German language and confident user of English
- Years of work experience in a people-focused field—such as teaching, therapy, counselling, psychology, customer relationship management, translation, or similar—where strong communication and coaching skills were essential. Career changers with transferable skills are encouraged to apply as well!
- A customer-focused, growth-oriented mindset with an agile approach
- Confident in managing stakeholders and influencing others, able to build trust and effectively handle expectations across diverse teams
