Main responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles by thoughtfully reviewing resumes, having meaningful conversations with candidates, and navigating them smoothly through each step of the hiring process
• Build trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring teams
• Support managers by sharing guidance on giving feedback, shaping job offers, and identifying the skills that truly make someone successful in the role
• Keep the applicant tracking system organised and up to date so everyone can enjoy a seamless hiring experience
• Contribute ideas and help shape improvements to our recruitment process, creating an experience that feels thoughtful, personal, and efficient

Required skills:
- Highly advanced German and good level of English skills - you will be closely working with German-speaking candidates and hiring managers daily
- You have a solid background in recruitment and are familiar with the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and conducting screening calls to coordinating interviews and supporting offer discussions
- You have a strong ability to recognise and attract great talent
- You take ownership of the recruitment process and step in proactively when needed
- You bring strong interpersonal skills and communicate with confidence and clarity
