Main responsibilities:

The IT Service Desk Analyst is the first point of contact for users who need technical support. In this role, you will help with diagnosing and resolving issues ranging from simple questions to more complex technical problems.

 • Serve as the main contact for users who reach out through phone, chat, email, or the self-service portal
 • Log and update support tickets in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system
 • Work to resolve issues within the expected timeline of each ticket
 • Coordinate with other technical teams when an issue needs to be escalated
 • Meet all assigned KPIs to ensure service quality and avoid business impact
 • Take ownership of user issues and follow up until they are successfully resolved
 • Provide excellent customer service and follow service management best practices
 • Perform additional tasks when required to improve service quality or support team performance

Required skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Customer-focused approach 
  • At least basic IT literacy
  • Fluency in English AND Swedish OR Norwegian
  • Able to work in shifts (from Monday to Friday, between 7 am-7 pm)
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
