Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full order management process for B2B clients
  • Maintain accurate customer and material master data
  • Process and follow up on customer orders
  • Manage customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and claims professionally and efficiently
  • Support invoicing and related financial processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across teams

Required skills:

  • Fluency in Polish and strong English skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service within an SSC/shared services environment 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel, SAP)
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Flexible, motivated, and proactive personality
