Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full order management process for B2B clients
- Maintain accurate customer and material master data
- Process and follow up on customer orders
- Manage customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and claims professionally and efficiently
- Support invoicing and related financial processes
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across teams
Required skills:
- Fluency in Polish and strong English skills
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service within an SSC/shared services environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel, SAP)
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
