
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable & Billing Team Lead to join our multinational partner. In this role, you will lead and develop the AR team, improve systems and workflows, and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and continuous process improvement.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the Accounts Receivable Billing team in the Shared Services Centre.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and cash application.
- Improve AR and billing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Train, support, and develop team members to meet agreed performance targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, and other teams to resolve billing issues.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead or assist with system and process improvement projects.
Required skills:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Billing (Accounts Receivable).
- Experience managing a team (1+ year); Shared Services (SSC) experience.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and the O2C cycle.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
- Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable with high professionalism.
