Our client is seeking a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technological strategy, innovation roadmap, and R&D operations at a critical stage of global expansion.

The Role
The CTO will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s overall technology vision — from architecture design to R&D management and system integration — ensuring that its products remain secure, scalable, and compliant with international standards.
Working closely with one of the company’s founding technical owners, the CTO will oversee the full development lifecycle and establish robust methodologies for product delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage high-performing engineering and development teams
- Oversee software architecture, infrastructure, and product delivery

- Drive continuous innovation and technological competitiveness
- Collaborate with ownership on long-term R&D and business development initiatives
Required skills:
- Proven track record as a CTO or Head of Development in a technology-driven organization
- Strong background in building and structuring development teams and delivery methodologies
- Experience in large-scale system design, development, and deployment
- Hands-on technical knowledge (Go or C++)
- Demonstrated success in implementing new technologies or migration projects
- Strategic mindset with strong ownership attitude and decisiveness
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
