Our partner, a global organization in the humanitarian sector, is seeking a Full Stack Data & BI Developer to own the full data lifecycle — from modelling and engineering to analytics and visualization. You’ll work in a modern Microsoft data ecosystem (Fabric, Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Power BI), collaborating with international teams to build scalable, high-quality data products that turn complex information into actionable insights.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end data solutions, from data modelling and engineering to reporting
- Design, implement, and publish dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Build and optimize data pipelines and data models using Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, SQL, and PySpark
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Mentor colleagues and promote best practices in self-service analytics and data management
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering and modelling, with strong expertise in Microsoft Data Stack (Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics)
- Proven Power BI development experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Data Vault and dimensional modelling
- Experience with Data Lakes, Data Lakehouses, or similar big data environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and cloud architecture principles
- A collaborative, proactive mindset — you enjoy solving problems and sharing knowledge
- Knowledge of ERP finance logic (preferably D365) is a plus!
