Main responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Teams, and messaging platforms to ensure seamless collaboration
- Maintain system security, stability, and compliance following ITIL standardsmiko
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents, supporting users globally
- Document processes and contribute to IT best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement innovative solutions and continuous improvements
Required skills:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in cloud-based environments
- Proven expertise in M365, Exchange, and Teams administration
- Skilled at resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and managing users
- Strong understanding of IT security, backup, and disaster recovery best practices
