Main responsibilities:

  • Being the friendly face of our customer service team, supporting customers with care and devotion
  • Managing the order process end-to-end — from creating price quotes and placing orders to tracking backorders and handling product returns
  • Acting as the key link between customers and other internal departments - making sure everything runs smoothly
  • Providing first-level product support - helping customers find the best possible solution

Required skills:

  • Strong command of Dutch and English (both verbal and written)
  • Relevant work experience in a similar, customer-facing role
  • Client-focused approach, solution-oriented mindset
