Main responsibilities:

  • Handling key customer transactions professionally - receiving customer calls and complaints promptly
  • Maintaining accurate case and call logs, providing regular updates until successful resolution
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams 
  • Ensuring seamless customer service and efficient issue resolution

Required skills:

  • Confident communication skills in English and French 
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role gained in a multinational, office environment
  • Active user level of MS Office
  • You prefer to focus on the solutions
  • You enjoy solving complex queries

Advantages:
