Main responsibilities:
- Handling key customer transactions professionally - receiving customer calls and complaints promptly
- Maintaining accurate case and call logs, providing regular updates until successful resolution
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams
- Ensuring seamless customer service and efficient issue resolution
Required skills:
- Confident communication skills in English and French
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role gained in a multinational, office environment
- Active user level of MS Office
- You prefer to focus on the solutions
- You enjoy solving complex queries
