Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate global payroll data for third-party partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day payroll activities: data entry, corrections, timekeeping verification, and off-cycle payments.
- Perform payroll audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions with a focus on employee experience.
- Ensure timely preparation, processing, and distribution of payroll reports and year-end tax documents.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and maintain seamless processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Support expansion initiatives, including onboarding and managing external payroll vendors.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant payroll certification
- 3-5 years of international payroll experience, ideally in shared services or multinational companies
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong experience in process improvement and efficiency optimization
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex payroll matters at all levels
- Familiarity with payroll systems and knowledge of payroll accounting and compliance standards
