Main responsibilities:
In this role, you will take full ownership of accounting and reporting tasks related to warranty, extended warranty, goodwill, and retrofit programs.

- Preparing month-end closing bookings in SAP
- Quarterly Reporting: Supporting quarterly reporting and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Contribute to forecasting activities, adding value beyond pure accounting
- Managing provisions for invoiced units and retrofit programs
- Handling intercompany settlements across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific
- Reconciling accounts, reclassifying expenses, and clearing cost centers
- Act as the main contact for external auditors during regular monthly audits
Required skills:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling (Accounting qualification required)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven skills in double-entry bookkeeping
- Experience in reporting and variance analysis
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Solid knowledge of SAP
- Accuracy, attention to detail, resilience, and independence in a cross-border setup
- Advantage: knowledge of US GAAP
