Main responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a customer service team to achieve high performance.
  • Support sales activities by joining calls and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams.
  • Oversee daily order management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Handle escalations, disputes, and investigations to secure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics, implement improvements, and drive operational excellence.
  • Prepare and analyze reports in Excel, using data insights to improve processes.
  • Contribute to team meetings and align activities with business goals.

Required skills:

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proven leadership and customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge; SAP/BI experience is a plus.
