On behalf of our global client operating in the engineering and technology sector, we are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to support their HR activities related to the Spanish market. The role is part of a regional HR operations hub, servicing multiple European countries. The organization offers a modern, multinational work environment with a strong focus on process excellence and continuous improvement. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing HR operational tasks across the employee life cycle (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, documentation).
  • Ensuring compliance with Spanish labor law and internal HR policies.
  • Maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems and digital files.
  • Supporting HR reporting and data analysis, preparing reports and providing insights.
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues (Payroll, HRBPs, Recruitment) and business stakeholders.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting cross-country projects.
  • Assisting with audits, knowledge transfers, and onboarding of new HR team members.

Required skills:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee life-cycle management and HR documentation.
  • Fluent Spanish and very good English skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
