
On behalf of our global client operating in the engineering and technology sector, we are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to support their HR activities related to the Spanish market. The role is part of a regional HR operations hub, servicing multiple European countries. The organization offers a modern, multinational work environment with a strong focus on process excellence and continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing HR operational tasks across the employee life cycle (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, documentation).
- Ensuring compliance with Spanish labor law and internal HR policies.
- Maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems and digital files.
- Supporting HR reporting and data analysis, preparing reports and providing insights.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues (Payroll, HRBPs, Recruitment) and business stakeholders.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting cross-country projects.
- Assisting with audits, knowledge transfers, and onboarding of new HR team members.
Required skills:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of HR administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee life-cycle management and HR documentation.
- Fluent Spanish and very good English skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
