Our client is a well-established manufacturing company, recognized as a leader in urban engineering and mobility solutions. They are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team and support the ongoing improvement of AP processes. Strong English skills are required for this role, and proficiency in Czech/Slovak/Romanian, or Croatian is considered an advantage. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including processing invoices, executing payments, and performing account reconciliations
  • Handle financial operations and ensure precise bookkeeping for designated markets, mainly focusing on the Czech Republic or Romania
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and prompt issue resolution
  • Utilize SAP and other financial software to carry out daily tasks and support reporting needs
  • Work closely with a youthful, energetic team and take part in initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and increasing operational efficiency

Required skills:

  • Preferred degree in Economics or Finance, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience with any ERP system
  • Excellent team playey
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Advantages:
