
Our Client isis the world’s largest humanitarian organization, and they are looking for a ERP Applications Support Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support for Microsoft D365 and related ERP systems
- Analyze and manage incidents, service requests, and problems using tools like DevOps and MSM
- Collaborate with internal teams (BAs, Solution Architects, Developers) to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Maintain and update documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases
- Support end users with training and user acceptance testing
- Monitor service KPIs and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and information security standards
Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience in ERP or business application support (preferably D365 F&O)
- Strong understanding of D365 modules and ERP workflows
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and support processes
- Degree in Informatics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Fluent in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment
