Main responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate wage, tax, and deduction calculations for assigned EMEA countries
- Act as main contact for the outsourced payroll provider, ensuring service quality and compliance
- Manage payroll interfaces, SLAs, and coordinate with government agencies as needed
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Support payroll forecasting, budgeting, and accruals for accounting/controlling
- Prepare statutory returns, employee compensation and leave reports
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders
Required skills:
- 2–3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, accounting/reconciliation knowledge preferred
- Excellent numerical and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
