Main responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests and queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage and track complaints and claims from receipt to resolution
- Coordinate and oversee queries for key customer accounts end-to-end
- Support sales support processes, order management, and invoicing tasks
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive service experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
- Uphold the company’s reputation through a helpful and solution-oriented approach
Required skills:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or an SSC environment
- Availability for part-time work (20 hours/week)
- Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and motivation
