Main responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and answering questions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through email and portal inquiries
  • Document customer issues and solutions accurately in the system
  • Stay informed about our products and services to provide up-to-date support
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer cases
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and helpful manner

Required skills:

  • Good command of English and fluency in Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
  • Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
