Main responsibilities:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and answering questions
- Communicate clearly and professionally through email and portal inquiries
- Document customer issues and solutions accurately in the system
- Stay informed about our products and services to provide up-to-date support
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer cases
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
Required skills:
- Good command of English and fluency in Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
