We are seeking a results-driven Senior Analyst – M&A & Investments to join a leading real estate investment group. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping strategic M&A and investment decisions, working closely with senior leadership to drive business growth across the CEE region.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead financial modeling and valuation for M&A, investment, and divestiture opportunities
- Prepare DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses
- Support due diligence and liaise with internal teams and external advisors
- Develop investment cases and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Contribute to strategic business planning and long-term forecasting
- Track market trends and identify acquisition or growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align M&A with corporate strategy
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate development — preferably with exposure to real estate or infrastructure.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and business planning skills.
- Proven ability to conduct scenario analysis and turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Hungarian is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; experience with financial databases and modeling tools is an advantage.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
