Our partner is a global technology company specializing in innovative print and imaging solutions, as well as end-to-end managed services for business clients worldwide. They operate in over 100+ countries, delivering smart, data-driven print infrastructure and workflow optimization. We are currently looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our EMEA support team. This is a back-office coordination role that demands strong analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to work with multiple internal teams. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the setup and ongoing management of customer accounts in the system (e.g. device registration, payment terms, service details)
  • Ensure all services contractually agreed upon are implemented correctly and maintained
  • Work closely with internal teams (billing, delivery, finance, support) to resolve account or system-related issues
  • Monitor fleet performance (devices connected to internal systems), detect disruptions, and take corrective actions to avoid service gaps
  • Analyze and interpret technical and operational data for issue resolution and escalation management
  • Provide process guidance to regional stakeholders, share best practices, and ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for operational insights and KPI tracking
  • Participate in international improvement projects, system upgrades, and process testing
  • Communicate with internal teams in  English and with in-country teams in French

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, service coordination, or a similar back-office role
  • University degree (graduate degree preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Advanced Excel and solid MS Office skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong process orientation and comfort with large datasets
  • Confident in navigating cross-functional, multicultural teams and working independently
  • Experience with SAP or Siebel is a plus
  • Project coordination or Lean Six Sigma background is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and high business acumen
