We are supporting a well-established international organization in their search for a proactive and motivated Recruiter to join their HR team on a fixed-term basis. Main responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring managers and local HR teams
- Identify and attract talented, visionary individuals eager to make an impact
- Conduct pre-selection of candidates and lead both virtual and in-person interviews
- Maintain excellent candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey
- Define sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and evaluate sourcing channels for maximum effectiveness
- Support internal HR projects and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Bring your ideas and expertise to optimize internal standards and recruitment practices
Required skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, or in talent sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German and English is a must
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing demands
- Comfortable working in an international environment with a global mindset
- Initiative-driven, motivated to support team growth and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills
