Main responsibilities:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and general questions
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Document issues and solutions in our system
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services
- Work with other teams to resolve complex cases
- Handle email and portal inquiries in a timely, helpful manner
Required skills:
- Experience is a plus, but not required - fresh grads and experienced professionals are both welcome
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A calm, customer-first mindset
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, plus one of the following: Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
