As part of their expansion, they are growing their centre in Budapest and are looking to hire an AR Team Lead – Spanish Speaking. Main responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable (AR) team, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Manage AR processes for Spanish-speaking markets and serve as the primary point of contact
- Monitor and optimize AR workflows to improve efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service
- Prepare regular AR reports and provide actionable insights to management
- Mentor, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local regulations
Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience, primarily in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Proven process optimization skills
- High proficiency in end-to-end AR process
- Professional accountancy qualification
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting or business
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- User-level experience with SAP FI
- Experience in process automation
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and able to work independently
- Strong team player with leadership and motivational skills
