We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing development of our customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations solution. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions tailored to industry needs.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the system, including its structure, configuration options, and business functionalities, through both structured training and self-learning
- Prepare clear and comprehensive functional design documentation that aligns with internal standards and processes
- Configure and test system interfaces between the system and external third-party systems
- Participate in the design and implementation of ERP solutions based on client-specific needs, while ensuring alignment with local, international, and corporate regulations
- Deliver technical and functional support, including incident tracking, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams such as support, onsite consulting, and product management to ensure customer expectations and industry trends are met
- Support the translation of business requirements into technical specifications for development and QA teams
- Work closely with developers to clarify functional needs and assist during the development lifecycle
- Occasionally lead client meetings, demos, and status calls with stakeholders and product owners
- Conduct internal training sessions and create supporting training materials
- Mentor junior colleagues, guiding them through their onboarding and learning journey
Required skills:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a business analysis or consulting capacity
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
- Hands-on experience in executing SOAP and REST API integration tests, preferably using SoapUI
- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, including conducting workshops and translating findings into functional solutions
- Familiarity with integration patterns and their practical application, especially in the Microsoft Dynamics environment
- Experience in data migration processes is a strong advantage
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team as well as independently
- A strong sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous development
- Previous hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics products (as a business analyst, consultant, or key user) is a major plus
