
A leading international manufacturing company is seeking a fluent English-speaking Office and Financial Coordinator for a part-time role to join its Budapest office . Main responsibilities:
- Processing incoming invoices and payments
- Administrating financial transactions
- Supporting the accounting department by preparing all the necessary financial documents
- Preparing financial report for managers
- Organizing meetings, events, business travels
- Being in contact with suppliers and other partners
- Participating in purchasing processes
Required skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in an office and finance coordinator role
- Collegue or university degree
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
