A leading international manufacturing company is seeking a fluent English-speaking Office and Financial Coordinator for a part-time role to join its Budapest office . Main responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming invoices and payments
  • Administrating financial transactions
  • Supporting the accounting department by preparing all the necessary financial documents
  • Preparing financial report for managers
  • Organizing meetings, events, business travels
  • Being in contact with suppliers and other partners
  • Participating in purchasing processes

Required skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an office and finance coordinator role
  • Collegue or university degree
  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
