Main responsibilities:
- Supporting users with D365-related questions, issues, and daily operations
- Managing data integrity across accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, and quotes
- Planning and delivering training sessions and creating user documentation
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with IT on bug resolution
- Driving user adoption and collecting feedback for system improvements
- Collaborating with international teams to enhance sales and support processes
Required skills:
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft D365), plus Excel proficiency
- Background in Sales Support, IT, or a related business area
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
