We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  IT Specialist (D365) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting users across departments, resolving high-impact IT issues, and maintaining the systems that keep our business running smoothly. You’ll work hands-on with technologies like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and core infrastructure systems. From end-user support to infrastructure improvement and application deployment, your work will be critical to operational success. Main responsibilities:

  • Provide user support also for high-impact issues reported by various departments
  • Analyse and collaborate to resolve IT-related issues, documenting and following up on them
  • Monitor system performance, facilitate resolution and suggest improvements
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications
  • Deployment of IT tools (Laptop, Workstation, Printers, etc)
  • Document solutions and procedures on the company platform, as needed
  • Maintain a working knowledge of diagnostic utilities and asset tracking tools
  • Provide guidance and training on the use of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Email, file storage, desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, etc
  • Support mobile devices, including Android and iPhone
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for infrastructure projects and enhancements
  • Taking care of onboarding and offboarding processes, from a technical IT point of view

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365. These skills are crucial for tasks like configuring, customizing, and managing Dynamics 365, as well as for roles like functional consultants, developers, and administrators. Experience with both D365 CE and F&O is also required
  • Higher education degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Network Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Firewall)
  • Knowledge of common server operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, or MCSA are a plus
  • Experience with ITIL processes and methodologies
  • Familiarity with cloud-aware and legacy platform offerings, such as Microsoft Azure
  • Broad application support experience with tools such as SolidEdge, OrCAD, PDM platforms, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other core business applications
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
