Main responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing group-wide HR activities and programs
- Shaping and executing HR strategies aligned with the business vision
- Continuously improving HR processes and ensuring operational excellence
- Collaborating closely with managers to support workforce and organizational goals
- Providing expert guidance on HR matters to leadership and employees
- Supporting cultural transformation and change management initiatives
- Preparing HR analyses and reports to inform decision-making
Required skills:
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable HR professional who can confidently operate in a dynamic, multi-entity environment:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or generalist role
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel to sites across Hungary
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
