Main responsibilities:

  • Processing and overseeing orders in SAP.
  • Assisting customers via phone and email.
  • Collaborating daily with internal teams.
  • Working closely with the local sales team.
  • End-to-end order management.
  • Handling administrative back-office tasks.

Required skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or a B2B client-facing role
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical mindset with good numerical skills

Advantages:

  • SAP or ERP experience is a plus. 
  • Fluent in French is a plus.
