Main responsibilities:
- Processing and overseeing orders in SAP.
- Assisting customers via phone and email.
- Collaborating daily with internal teams.
- Working closely with the local sales team.
- End-to-end order management.
- Handling administrative back-office tasks.
Required skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or a B2B client-facing role
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical mindset with good numerical skills
Advantages:
