Main responsibilities:

• Prepare/review financial statements, management reports, VAT returns, statistical reports (Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland) 
• Liaise with clients, auditors, banks and colleagues 
• Ensure the team meets its deadlines for deliverables 
• Review of deliverables prepared by other team members, coach and guide them, where necessary 
• Act as back-up to the accountants as needed 
• Monitor engagement efficiency of teams 

Required skills:

• University degree in accounting, finance or economics 
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in accounting in Big 4 or an international financial service provider is a strong advantage 
• Proven experience leading a team of 3-5 people 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, any other language is a plus 
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving solving and logical thinking skills 
• Valid work permit for Hungary 
• Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment 

Advantages:
