We are looking for an experienced Learning Specialist for part-time employment to join our multinational client's team and support the learning processes. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement and development of solutions, products, projects and actively participating in shaping a new SSC in Budapest.
Main responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact for stakeholders, manage and track learning activities
- Interaction with various HR functions and with the business to ensure that learning services, processes and policies are continuously improved and effectively implemented across the business
- End–to–end administration and coordination of training throughout the whole delivery process
- Taking responsibility in the implementation of learning standards, processes and policies
- Supporting the analysis of learning needs and preparation of regional training plans
- Supporting the continuous improvement and development of learning solutions, products, and projects
- Ensuring cost-effective development of the learning services strategy and monitoring stream performance indicators
Required skills:
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
- Fluency in English is a must
- At least 1 year of experience in the Learning Solutions field
- Experience with a ticketing tool
- Experience with learning-related reporting
- Experience in project coordination and management
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Excellent communications skills, ability to work in a structured and independent way, possessing a pragmatic approach, reliable, punctual, empathetic, maintains good customer relationships
- Proactivity, politeness, and helpfulness towards peers and customers
