We are seeking a skilled professional for a Senior Financial Reporting Consultant position. In this role, you will be responsible for leading accounting advisory services, ensuring compliance with IFRS, overseeing financial reporting, coordinating with internal and external teams, updating and harmonizing accounting policies, and managing the implementation of new accounting regulations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead in-house accounting advisory to ensure compliance with IFRS and accounting standards, overseeing financial reporting processes.
  • Analyze financial performance on a quarterly basis
  • Coordinate communication between business units, domestic and international subsidiaries, and external partners (e.g., accounting providers, external auditors)
  • Update Group accounting and consolidation policies to align with IFRS and industry best practices
  • Streamline reporting processes, policies, and principles across the parent company and Group members, and adjust them for any changes in accounting regulations
  • Implement new and updated IFRS regulations at the Group level
  • Oversee financial control of specific Group contracts

Required skills:

  • Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in IFRS reporting, auditing, or accounting advisory
  • A strong understanding of IFRS and a drive to continuously develop your expertise
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and guiding teams effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
