Main responsibilities:
As a Customer Success & Order Specialist (French) you will be part of a high-performing sales support team, contributing directly to the success of business operations in the region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Orders with Precision: Process and maintain customer orders through various channels such as EDI, online portals, punchout systems, and client-specific platforms.
- Providing Outstanding Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the assigned region, resolving inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Driving Process Efficiency: Collaborate across departments to support continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing the customer journey and reducing compliance risks.
- Ensuring Operational Excellence: Uphold service level agreements through accurate data entry, proactive issue resolution, and a high standard of communication.
Required skills:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
- At least 0,5 year of experience in order management, sales support or customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
