
Are you a visionary finance leader ready to shape cost strategy on a global scale? Our partner is seeking a dynamic Senior Leader – Cost Performance to drive end-to-end cost planning, policy, and performance management across the global businesses.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of high-quality outputs across all Cost Performance team responsibilities
- Oversee global cost management plans and performance tracking vs. targets
- Support strategic decision-making with leadership
- Drive FP&A integration and alignment with business and finance teams
- Own global Cost Management Performance policies and procedures
- Ensure FP&A team has the right talent, tools, and capabilities
- Act as primary contact for Business and Finance Leadership
- Lead a global team of 150 professionals with significant business impact
- Influence global policy development and support FP&A culture and capability
Required skills:
- Business/Finance degree level or equivalent
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in a wide range of complex situations, working across multiple segments in Retail and/or FMCG environment
- Proven leadership skills, the ability to lead global teams and experience of working in global, complex and matrix organisations
- Deep expertise in Planning and Performance Management
- Knowledge of digital innovation trends
- Proven change management experience
- Skilled in engaging Finance and Business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities
- Commercially savvy with solid financial and analytical skills
- Effective influencer with experience in complex, senior-level environments
- Culturally sensitive with excellent English communication skills
