Main responsibilities:
Order Management & Operational Support
- Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to delivery
- Liaise with internal departments (logistics, planning, production) to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Resolve delivery, invoicing or product-related issues in a proactive manner
- Support onboarding of new customers including master data creation and EDI coordination
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and share regular customer reports (KPIs, stock levels, order status)
- Identify service improvement opportunities and support process optimization
- Analyze performance deviations and implement corrective actions
Customer Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for operational inquiries, orders, returns and complaints
- Build strong and trust-based relationships with customer contacts
- Support customer review meetings and ensure all relevant documentation is up to date
Required skills:
- University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fields
- Fluent English is required; knowledge of German and/or Dutch is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or sales support—ideally in B2B or FMCG environments
- Hands-on mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, structured and reliable work style
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural, service-oriented team
