Main responsibilities:

Order Management & Operational Support
  • Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to delivery
  • Liaise with internal departments (logistics, planning, production) to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Resolve delivery, invoicing or product-related issues in a proactive manner
  • Support onboarding of new customers including master data creation and EDI coordination
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and share regular customer reports (KPIs, stock levels, order status)
  • Identify service improvement opportunities and support process optimization
  • Analyze performance deviations and implement corrective actions
Customer Communication
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational inquiries, orders, returns and complaints
  • Build strong and trust-based relationships with customer contacts
  • Support customer review meetings and ensure all relevant documentation is up to date

Required skills:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fields
  • Fluent English is required; knowledge of German and/or Dutch is a strong advantage
  • Previous experience in customer service, order management, or sales support—ideally in B2B or FMCG environments
  • Hands-on mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, structured and reliable work style
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural, service-oriented team
