Main responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately manage orders via platforms such as EDI, online portals, and customer-specific systems
  • Customer Support: Handle inquiries and follow-ups from clients in the assigned region
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and customer experience
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Cooperate with internal departments to ensure high service levels and compliance

Required skills:

  • Fluency in French and English
  • At least 0,5 year of  experience in customer service and/or order management
  • Excellent data entry and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus
  • Ability to work with precision and efficiency in a corporate environment
