As part of a broader international transition, a brand-new customer operations team is being set up in Budapest. Main responsibilities:
- Support key customers with orders, invoicing, and issue resolution
- Manage incoming queries, claims, and complaints from start to finish
- Maintain smooth communication with customers and internal teams
- Represent the brand with a helpful, professional attitude
- Coordinate daily requests for your assigned customer portfolio
Required skills:
- Proficiency in Englsih, Good level of Dutch
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the field of Customer Service or in SSC environment
- Customer-oriented approach
- Flexible, motivated personality
