Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to enterprise customers using knowledge gained through internal training.
- Support Voice and Data technology devices, particularly those by Avaya and Cisco.
- Coordinate issue resolution between the customer, suppliers, and internal resolver teams.
- Manage and follow up on contractual obligations with suppliers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning support actions with business needs.
Required skills:
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Cooperative team player with good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Able to handle stress effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- ITIL knowledge and Cisco troubleshooting experience are advantages.
- Customer support experience or network experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- A high level of proficiency in French is essential and strong command of English is also required.
