Main responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, and deliverables to drive timely execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure smooth project implementation across departments.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Analyze project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), or Master Data Management
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven analytical abilities and a solid understanding of financial principles
- Hands-on experience in finance system implementation or transformation projects
- Competent in strategic thinking, leadership, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder relationship management
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Solid experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and invoice workflow tools
