We are looking for a highly skilled Procure-to-Pay Project Manager to join our client's team and contribute to dynamic P2P projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, and deliverables to drive timely execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure smooth project implementation across departments.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Analyze project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), or Master Data Management
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven analytical abilities and a solid understanding of financial principles
  • Hands-on experience in finance system implementation or transformation projects
  • Competent in strategic thinking, leadership, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder relationship management
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
  • Solid experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and invoice workflow tools
