Main responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment operations across the Central Europe region
- Develop and implement innovative resourcing and attraction strategies for blue-collar roles
- Analyze talent needs, market trends, and recruitment performance to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement
- Partner with senior leadership and local People teams to support hiring needs
- Design and roll out impactful employer branding initiatives to attract talent
- Mentor, guide, and develop a regional recruitment team, including team leaders
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a managerial role (leading leaders)
- Proven track record in leading multi-region recruitment projects, ideally within the retail sector
- Strong background in high-volume / blue-collar recruitment processes
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies across various functions and seniority levels
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusive recruitment strategies
- Excellent project management skills and proficiency in MS Office
