Join a dynamic, region-wide HR team where you will lead and shape recruitment strategies across multiple countries. This is an opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition manager with strong retail or high-volume recruitment expertise, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will drive hiring excellence, build talent pipelines, and lead a team that delivers measurable business impact. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment operations across the Central Europe region
  • Develop and implement innovative resourcing and attraction strategies for blue-collar roles
  • Analyze talent needs, market trends, and recruitment performance to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Partner with senior leadership and local People teams to support hiring needs 
  • Design and roll out impactful employer branding initiatives to attract talent
  • Mentor, guide, and develop a regional recruitment team, including team leaders

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a managerial role (leading leaders)
  • Proven track record in leading multi-region recruitment projects, ideally within the retail sector
  • Strong background in high-volume / blue-collar recruitment processes
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies across various functions and seniority levels
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusive recruitment strategies
  • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in MS Office
