
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Pricing and Commercial Strategy Lead! In this role, you'll shape the pricing framework, drive commercial excellence, and team up with colleagues across the board to bring fresh, innovative strategies to life. Main responsibilities:
- Review customer bid packages and RFPs to develop solutions that align with the customer’s needs, while balancing financial, sales, and strategic goals
- Ensure solutions meet the company’s objectives for revenue, profitability, and operational performance
- Develop pricing proposals and present business case analysis to management, evaluating Lexmark’s return on investment
- Lead or advise on internal financial discussions for special bid requests, identifying potential risks and opportunities within the solution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Channel, etc.) to ensure everyone is informed and aligned
- Provide expertise on deal dynamics, including pricing, profit, risk, and scope, and support win/loss analysis reporting
Required skills:
- University or college degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years in Financial Management, Pricing, or a similar discipline
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Great attention to details
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to challenges
- Experience with SAP ERP, BPC, Workday Adaptive, or AFO systems is a plus
