Main responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships
  • Managing and supporting existing clients
  • Analyzing market needs and expanding the client portfolio
  • Lead generation and outreach (cold calls, emails, social media, in-person networking)
  • Organizing business meetings, presentations, and demo days
  • Participating in networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions
  • Managing the sales process and handling contract negotiations
  • Utilizing CRM and sales support tools

Required skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in agency Recruitment/Sales/Business Development
  • Active network of HR professionals/ IT leaders in large enterprises
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude
  • Structured, independent working style with a client-focused mindset
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel
  • Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator is an advantage
