
Main responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships
- Managing and supporting existing clients
- Analyzing market needs and expanding the client portfolio
- Lead generation and outreach (cold calls, emails, social media, in-person networking)
- Organizing business meetings, presentations, and demo days
- Participating in networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions
- Managing the sales process and handling contract negotiations
- Utilizing CRM and sales support tools
Required skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agency Recruitment/Sales/Business Development
- Active network of HR professionals/ IT leaders in large enterprises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken)
- Proactive, results-driven attitude
- Structured, independent working style with a client-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator is an advantage
