Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in invoice verification, processing, reclaims, corrections, AP closing, and periodic activities
  • Engage in day-to-day operations of master data management and document reception
  • Identify, assess, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with businesses and stakeholders to cultivate professional relationships
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Maintain and update process manuals and relevant work instructions regularly

Required skills:

  • Preferred degree in Economics or Finance, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a finance position
  • Proficient in English and German/French
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and quality
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Positive can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
