Main responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the end-to-end eSourcing process
- Enhance team capabilities through structured development, maximizing performance and growth in eSourcing
- Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to optimize event management processes and tools
- Contribute to the optimization of RFx templates, ensuring high-quality content and translations
- Provide excellent customer service, increasing the credibility and demand for the eSourcing team
- Drive eSourcing process improvements and adoption of online bidding across business units
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate policies
- Mentor experienced team members, developing them into eAuction process advisors
Required skills:
- Fluency in English
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing/eSourcing
- 3+ years in project management or process improvement in a multinational environment
- Expertise in event management, eSourcing, and online tendering tools (e.g., Ariba)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability in complex environments
