Main responsibilities:
- Managing orders for a dedicated region through various ordering channels
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of order entry data
- Handling customer inquiries efficiently and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Required skills:
- Proficiency in English and German
- Customer service experience within a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
