Main responsibilities:

  • Managing orders for a dedicated region through various ordering channels 
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of order entry data
  • Handling customer inquiries efficiently and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Customer service experience within a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
